Getting There

Start: Arusha (hotel pickup) End: Arusha (hotel/airport drop-off)
If arriving by air: fly into Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO/KIA), then transfer to Arusha (or request direct pickup).

Day 1

Arusha → Ngorongoro Highlands (crater area Rim)

Morning pickup from Arusha (or Kilimanjaro Airport by request).

Drive via the scenic highlands toward Ngorongoro.

En route stop for lunch and viewpoints (depending on timing).

Optional: short cultural stop (Maasai boma) if you want to include it.

Arrive at your lodge/camp for check-in, dinner, and overnight.

Afternoon crater ascent and drive back to Arusha.
