Depart Dar es Salaam by SGR train.

Travel time: approx. 1.5–2 hours.

07:30 – Arrival Morogoro

Meet your professional safari guide at Morogoro SGR station.

Drive to Mikumi National Park (approx. 1.5 hours).

09:00 – Start Game Drive

Enter Mikumi National Park and begin a full-day game drive.

Mikumi’s Mkata Floodplain is often compared to the Serengeti due to its open grasslands and easy wildlife visibility.

Board evening SGR train back to Dar.

20:00 – Arrival Dar es Salaam

Transfer back to hotel.
