Arrival in Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you’ll be met by your driver-guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha, a vibrant town at the foot of Mount Meru. Use this time to relax after your flight, enjoy the lush garden surroundings, and receive a detailed safari briefing. Depending on arrival time, you may explore local markets or simply unwind at the lodge.

Day 2

Safari to Tarangire National Park – Land of Giants

After breakfast, depart for Tarangire National Park, a hidden gem famous for its massive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Enjoy a full-day game drive through diverse landscapes—riverine forests, open savannah, and seasonal swamps. Wildlife sightings may include elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, and large flocks of birds. The Tarangire River acts as a lifeline, attracting animals year-round, especially during the dry season.

Ngorongoro Crater – Big Five in a Natural Wonder

After an early breakfast, descend 600 meters into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s most extraordinary wildlife destinations. Spend the day exploring this natural enclosure, home to one of the highest densities of wildlife in Africa. Expect to see: Lions resting on the plains Black rhinos (rare but possible) Large buffalo herds Flamingos along the soda lake Enjoy a picnic lunch inside the crater before ascending in the late afternoon.

Journey to Serengeti National Park – Endless Plains

Depart after breakfast and drive toward the legendary Serengeti, passing through the Ngorongoro highlands with scenic views along the way. Enjoy game viewing en route as you enter the Serengeti ecosystem, where wildlife sightings begin immediately. Arrive at your camp in time for sunset, with possible sightings of predators such as lions or cheetahs.
